General Questions
Tell us about any food or drink you buy for you or someone else to have outside your home. Takeaways you eat at home count too!
If you are already a member, you can check the instructional video in the app for more information on submitting your purchases!
Do not include alcoholic drinks, items you received for free, or anything purchased for you by someone else. However, if you got a free item as part of a promotion (like ‘buy one get one free’), please still record it.
If you didn't buy any snacks or meals during the week, just let us know by selecting ‘Nothing Bought’ in the app at the end of the week. To get your weekly points, make sure you submit it on Saturday or Sunday.
Submitting your purchases earns you reward points, which can be exchanged for high street vouchers. For more details on this, please consult your invitation email.

No, you can enter purchases while offline. The app will save them and automatically upload everything once you're back online.
Flatten the packaging as much as possible and use the flashlight icon if lighting is poor. If scanning still doesn't work, select ‘Type’ and enter the barcode manually.
If your item doesn't have a barcode (like a snack from a fast-food place or a drink in a restaurant), tap ‘No Barcode’ at the bottom of the screen. Then choose the best match from the lists.
After scanning or selecting an item, you'll be asked if it was for you or someone else.
Remember, we want to know about anything you bought for yourself or others, but not items that were bought for you or given to you for free.
When you make a purchase at a restaurant or pub, the app will ask if you had a meal. If so, enter the total cost you paid and select the meal type on the next screen. You'll also be prompted to include any non-alcoholic drinks you had with your meal.
You'll be asked if your purchase was a part of a meal deal when you enter it in the app. Please use the price from your receipt.
Note: meal deals must include at least two items.
We're talking about offers where you get a discount for buying two or more items together: like a sandwich, drink, and snack deal at the supermarket. Just enter the price as shown on your receipt when logging it in the app.
